Amy's Ride
Are you thinking about holidays as Winter sets in? Don't forget you can look forward to riding the Southern Expressway to McLaren Vale on November 1 for Amy's Ride SA and around the Bellarine Peninsula January 3 for Amy's Ride VIC.
Would you like to join a group of no more than 30 riders in a challenging ride from Canberra to Melbourne? The ride will take place November 23 to 28 and cover a distance of 832kms and 9kms in climbs. The AGF will provide accomodation, food, cycling kit and support vehicles; in return we will ask you to aim to raise $10,000 through sponsorship and donations. As the first stage of my overseas sojourn with the national cycling team comes to a close, it’s time for my second instalment to the friends and supporters of the AGF.
After an epic trip that covered Adelaide, Melbourne, Auckland and an overnight in Los Angeles, I finally arrived at my destination of Philadelphia. I had to lug around two bike bags with my new Bianchi roadie and ‘my’ Bianchi TT bike and three sets of Bouwmeester wheels, plus my new Oakley suitcase and back pack. Teschner Bike Silent Auction
As part of this weekend's Brisbane to Noosa Ride, USM Events are excited to announce that two TESCHNER EURO PRO BIKES VALUED AT $7,790 are now open for bids in a silent auction. The AGF will receive all benefits from the auction.
The auction will close at 12pm on Tuesday 16th June 2009. You don't need to be in the ride to bid. Read more details about the auction.
